Imola is Abandoned no More.
Imola was abandoned as a baby. Life in a state orphanage led to delayed development and the diagnosis of ‘disabled’. RCE rescued Imola at 3 years of age and brought her to Darius House where she lived and attended Sunshine School. Imola made real progress in the safe, loving, and recuperative environments and in spring 2007 she was able to move to regular kindergarten. Then, the best news of all for Imola, a family learned to love her and adopted her through RCE's domestic adoption program. Adoption is the right solution - it lasts a lifetime.
